I’ve always been drawn to the outdoors, growing up in Tucson, Arizona, surrounded by mountains and desert skies. Nature became my first teacher—especially during the more tumultuous years of my 20s, when I learned how deeply it can heal.
In 1989, after graduating from Regis University in Denver, CO and feeling burned out, I followed a quiet pull to Colorado Springs, where I experienced Jin Shin Jyutsu for the first time. It felt like remembering—something within me gently coming back into balance.
After months of receiving sessions, my life shifted in a way I couldn’t ignore. I went on to study the practice, not just for myself, but to share it with others. Along the way, I’ve also integrated supportive tools like ASEA Redox Signaling Molecules to complement the body’s natural healing.
This work is subtle, but deeply powerful—like the desert itself. Healing isn’t a straight line. It’s more like a journey through changing landscapes—sometimes clear, sometimes uncertain, always unfolding. I’m simply walking it too. If anything here helps you feel even a little more grounded, a little more hopeful, or a little more connected to yourself, then this space has done what it was meant to do.
