My own healing journey led me to my calling of empowering people to have thriving relationships, families and planet. At the age of 14, I made a vow to break the cycle of abuse that had started in my family. I did enough therapy and healing to get married and have a child - two things I wasn't sure would ever happen.

For a while, I thought the only sure way to break the cycle was to not have a child, but thankfully I did. It anchored me and opened my heart in ways nothing else could....and I broke the cycle.

The ending of my marriage became the catalyst for a second phase of deep healing through a series of professional trainings over 17+ years. Those trainings became the foundation and doorway to my calling that emerged during my two Masters in Divinity focused on "Holy Families" with an emphasis on what do families need to thrive?

My workshops, retreats, and programs support people to: Open to or deepen into Love, Trust in the goodness in life Live their purpose Take care of the planet These offerings begin the shift of creating healthier relationships and families which then creates healthier and caring communities....even for people who have been healing and going to therapy for many years.
