Healing Heart Collective PROFESSIONAL Membership Agreement

THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT IS A WORKING DOCUMENT AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND SHIFT WITH THE NEEDS OF OUR MEMBERS.

The following is an agreement between Healing Heart Collective (hereinafter known as HHC) and its Professional Members.

A Professional Member is a member who wants to support our collective vision and mission and desires to offer services and education on behalf of the HHC organization.

This could be a retreat, workshop, class or private service offered to our patron members, the community or the public through the HHC organization.

Patron Members are members participating in a non-professional capacity and are receiving education or services from Professional Members or supporting land stewardship programs. 

HHC Memberships are open to ALL GENDERS.

Incentives and Activities for Professional Members:

• Join a growing network of healing artists in the Taos area

• Publicity opportunities for your services and events through our email marketing and calendar of events

• Be listed in our Healing Arts Professional Directory (launch by January 2026)

• Participate in land stewardship programs and educational events

• Participate in and teach community education programs

• Network and trade with other healers/practitioners

• Be a part of a strong community and movement!

Honor Code for Professional Members

I agree to step into the Healing Heart Collective in the energy of collaboration and contribution, all in service to the highest good of all beings and of Mother Earth. I realize that the energy I bring to the collective must be aligned with the mission of empowering, educating and guiding humans on their self healing journeys. I align with the values of conscious co-creation, constructive conversation, community, higher learning and heart-centered action. I believe in co-creating with the Divine Mother from a place of inspired action to support earth friendly, sustainable practices. I believe in co-creating a sacred sanctuary; a safe container of light, love and frequency. I strive to support our collective vision of guiding humans on their self-healing journey and connecting back to the land. Those who choose to explore this internal, transformational work within this space will ultimately radiate our collective message to communities worldwide. 

Professional Services Agreement

I understand that when I choose to post or market my event or services through the HHC communication outlets (website, email marketing, flyers with the HHC logo, etc), I am representing myself and my services as a Professional Member of Healing Heart Collective. This representation will be aligned with HHC’s honor code and Mission Statement. I vow to work within the bounds of any certifications or licenses I hold. If I do not hold any certifications or licenses I will conduct offerings aligned with my sacred teachings. I agree to respect others and their boundaries. I agree to communicate effectively and listen intently to those receiving my offerings. I understand that when I choose to conduct business, offer services, or teach as a Professional Member I am a direct extension of HHC. 

Right to Discern

I understand that the Board of Directors of HHC has the right to exercise discernment when necessary. Professional Membership Applications may be denied if the Board believes one is not practicing in alignment with HHC’s standards. I understand my Professional Membership may be terminated if I violate this agreement. Conflicts will be disputed between members and the Board of Directors. 

Membership fee and Financial Agreements

This part of the agreement is open to changing as needed. We will continue to listen to our members and shift if necessary. HHC strives to create an equitable system for its members and organization in the collective effort to further our mission and vision. 

Membership Fee:

The Annual Membership Fee is $33 with an option to donate more. Please be aware that this fee may increase in the future but we will consult with our members before making any changes. 

Retreats, Workshops and any paid events: 

HHC will post and market all events through various communication outlets (website, email, flyers, etc) whether it is a free or paid event. Our goal is for our members to benefit from our vast network. It will be an ongoing process of understanding which systems of communication and publicity produce the most attendance. We ask that our members survey attendees to find out if HHC played a part in their participation. 

As the membership grows we will work together on equitable financial agreements. 

For example, splitting profits for retreats or workshops or taking commission for digital products.

PLEASE NOTE: HHC is not requiring any compensation for publicizing your services, events or workshops at this time. HHC is always accepting donations. Financial agreements will be discussed in our meetings. 

I have read the above section and understand the membership fee and financial agreements. I understand that these agreements may change and my voice as a member is important. I will provide feedback in our meetings. 

I understand that any money HHC receives is a donation (or membership fee) and contributes to our collective mission and vision. 

I understand that this is a working document. I will provide feedback in our membership meetings about any suggested additions, changes or amendments.
